Health Benefits of Arjun : Arjuna Bark and Safoof

Health Benefits and Uses of Arjun

I still remember fifteen years ago. A dear lady from India came to us. Her foot slipped while climbing the stairs. When she fell, she hit his hip bone. In those days, wrestlers put the bone in the right place and applied medicine. Bandages would be tied, and Allah's command would connect the bones. The wrestler saw and said the bone had been hit in two or three places.

The dear lady remained silent there. She came home and said I had seen Arjun trees here. Order its bark from Gardener. I will apply the bark and eat it. The bone would heal, and it did within 20-21 days.

Sister Azra Durrani had come from Makkah recently. I told him you will perform Tawaf and pray for Shabbir Qureshi. He has hepatitis C and is very sick. Girls are young, and they are the head of the house. May Allah grant them health; they are apprehensive. He also prayed there and wrote a letter that takes four or five leaves of Arjun, breaks them with your hands, and soaks them in water. Soak in the night, strain the water in the morning, and drink it. People are relieved by it. It has benefited a lot. Arjun is an effective medicine for hepatitis.

Arjun trees are abundant in Punjab. They are also present in Lahore's Lawrence Garden (Bagh-e-Jinnah). The tree is 80 to 100 feet tall, and the trunk is 10 to 20 feet thick, then branches sprout.
