When it is not in season, I grind the green leaves of a peach with five black peppercorns and make their syrup. When green leaves are not available, I use dry leaves. In this way, worms escape them and are not born again.

Peach is a unique summer fruit. They are available this season, ranging from smooth unripe peaches to round red ripe peaches. Big beauties are also called Shaftaalu. It is called Peach in English, Khukh in Arabic, and Prunus persica in Latin. It belongs to the group of deciduous trees. Its fruit is delicious, sweet, and fragrant. Nature has added iron and phosphorus to this fruit in addition to carbohydrates and protein, Which has doubled its effectiveness. Peach kernel, its flowers, and its leaves also have particular importance. Flowers are used as an aphrodisiac. Earlier, nobles used to extract peach kernel oil, especially for hair decoration.

The original homeland of peach is Iran. Peshawar Valley in Pakistan is very suitable for peach cultivation. It is also cultivated in the hilly areas of Malakand, Kurram, Waziristan, and Balochistan. Mardan and Peshawar peaches are delicious. Now, peaches are being grown in Murree Hills and some areas of Punjab.

Doctors say that the best peach is the one whose pit is easily separated from the pulp. In terms of temperament, this fruit is cold. Strengthens the stomach and liver, and relieves thirst.

Peach kernel oil is helpful for earache and deafness. You should extract the oil yourself so there is no possibility of mixing it with any other oil.

People with acidity in their stomachs can benefit significantly from this seasonal fruit. Eating one or two peaches half an hour before meals will remove stomach acidity and heat. Eat this fruit regularly for a few days. It is beneficial in boils and other diseases of this kind. Some people peel it and eat it. If eaten with the peel, it helps in digestion and relieves constipation.

Young boys must eat peaches because they keep blood flow and secretions correct. People who work in the sun get inflammation in the alimentary canal due to the severity of the weather. Eating and drinking are difficult. Eating peaches in this condition gives quick relief.

With the arrival of summer, small children develop severe itchy rashes behind the ears and on the head. Grind the peach kernel's core and the green coriander leaves equally and put its paste on the abscess boil. You will get relief in a few days. Along with this, they wash their head with the liquor of neem. Peach kernels in earlier times for piles, and we used to rub the equal weight of the coin on the stone with the help of water and add as much camphor and four times as much butter to it and preserve it. Applying it on piles of warts would relieve burning and pain, and after seven to eight weeks of use, the warts also dried up.

If the stomach is weak in old age, then peach is harmful. In this case, eating ginger jam and honey will make it easier to digest after peaches. In chronic constipation, drink up to three teaspoons of peach kernel oil as needed. Eating peaches produces righteous blood. It removes toxic wastes from the stomach, liver, and intestines.

Peach jam is also made. The sweet and sour ripe fruit is cleaned well and cut into small pieces with a knife. They are cooked by adding an equal weight of sugar. Apples or apricots are added to make it more delicious.

Ripe red peaches are taken from the tree and cut into two parts: the kernel is removed, and the peel is removed. Then, they are soaked in sugar syrup and sealed in boxes. They are excellent in terms of nutrition and deliciousness. Dried peaches are preserved in the same way. Pick the best ripe fruit on the tree. Wash and clean them, cut them in the middle, and remove the kernels. Then, spread it in a special tray and keep it in sulfur fumes for a few hours. Keep it dry for five or six days, then preserve it.

Peel the ripe, clean fruit, remove the pit, and soften in steam. Mix five pounds of pulp with the same orange juice and add sugar. This nectar is excellent. If you want to make more, add potassium metabisulphite to keep it safe. It also becomes dilutible with water.

Cut hard peaches into square pieces, boil them on low heat, and add sugar when soft. It is eaten by adding it to cream custard.

You can decorate the custard with rounded peaches. Finely cut pieces of melon and apricots and mix them with a beauty. Beat some cream and add to them. Everyone will love this fresh fruit dish. Cut the fruit shortly before eating to avoid spoilage.

Children who go to school during the summer season are very annoying to mothers. They do not even have breakfast and refuse to eat even after coming home. Make a sweet dish of peaches for them. Make a simple custard of the children's favorite flavor and fill two bowls with peaches. Place some jelly pieces on top for decoration. As soon as the children arrive, feed them with this dish first. You will be surprised that in a few days, they will feel hungry and they eat according to their fill.
