It is said that this fruit was first seen by tourists in Africa and became popular with tourists all over the world due to its color, taste and beauty. Back in the days, watermelons in Sukkur region of Pakistan were wonderful to eat and look at because of their very sweet taste. Now in different areas of Pakistan watermelons are also seen in different colors, which are light green in color,but red inside. Apart from this, there are varieties of watermelons in China, Saudi Arabia, Dubai and other countries in which the watermelons are small in size and produce more in middle. Some of these watermelons found in Saudi Arabia and Dubai are very sweet and red, but some are pink color its taste no much sweet.
Watermelon is considered to be second best in terms of flavor as it contains astringent ingredients. It contains glucose, iron , potassium, calcium phosphorus in sufficient quantity. Oily components and distilled water are found in watermelon. Its red color is due to its iron content and hemoglobin which enhances its effectiveness. The nutritional and healing effects of watermelon are much higher than the meat-forming ingredients. A normal healthy person digests it in three hours and a weak and phlegmatic person in four to five hours. Its use removes dehydration in the body. 
In the summer season, when the sun is shining and a person is disturbed by the heat in the darkness, then a fruit like watermelon soothes the body. It is such a colorful fruit that everything works for you. The bark is eaten by animals, and the pulp becomes our work. In summer, when a person gets tired or gets restless and irritable, then watermelons should be used much as possible, it will restore the health quickly. Watermelon is constipating, the main benefit is that it strengthens the heart, removes heat from the liver, bladder and kidneys. 

The use of watermelon in headache 

Take the pulp of watermelon and squeeze it through a fine cloths. Now due to the machine the juice of watermelon can come out easily. Mixing one and a half spoons of watermelon extract in one and a half glasses in the morning relieves headache.Peeling the middle of a watermelon and making a paste of it, mixing it with water and applying it on the forehead also relieves headache. Use of watermelon in obsessions and madness

In the summer season, some people are influenced by the weather and fall into thinking. Sleep flies away and the mind becomes dry. The patient is constantly wandering in the whirlpool of memories. Measure a large glass of watermelon extract into a clean glass bottle. Mix two spoons of misri in it and hang it on a wire in the courtyard at night in the moonlight. Use of watermelon for digestion

Use of watermelon for liver

Some people are hot- tempered. In summer, when the liver is enlarged and you get a good diagnosis of warm liver from your doctor, then use this medicine. Take a glass of watermelon juice squeeze the juice of one lemon in it. Use this extract in the morning and evening and gradually increase its quantity. Use of watermelon in chapped lips

Use of watermelon to relieve urinary obstruction

Watermelon has the coldest temperament, so it is useful in urinary problems. Now a days even youths get urinary obstruction due to heat. For this, take one tola of peeled pieces of watermelon and one tola of peeled watermelon, grind it well in water and drink it with a little misri. Mix the seeds in lukewarm water and drink it during winter. Elderly people should grind two tola seeds of watermelon in one and a half glass of water and mix it with sugar and drink it. After drinking it a few times, the complaint and obstruction of passing urine drops by drop is removed. 

Watermelon remedy for jaundice 

Watermelon is very useful in jaundice. Keep the watermelon overnight in the moonlight and cut it in the morning. Keep it in a muslin cloth and squeeze its juice. Two tolas of vinegar or lemon juice mixed with it is the best remedy for jaundice. In a few days, the heat of the liver is removed the stubbornness of the eyes is removed and the yellow color of the urine is also removed. It will make you hungry and the itchiness of the body will go away. This recipe works for liver problem. If the liver stops working, the person become sick.

Use of watermelon in itching

Watermelon is very important for itching. If you have a dry itch, you can get relief from it by eating watermelon. Take out the watermelon water and put it in a jug, there should be about four glasses of water. Take 1oo grams of fresh tamarind in it, put it in a sieve, wash it slightly and put it in a watermelon water. If you soak tamarind during morning prayer, then at 10 o' clock in the day you can drink half a glass of water by straining the juice in a cloth or sieve. All this water should be finished throughout the day till Asar time. In the hot season, hands and feet start to burn, urine is small in quantity and if there is a feeling of heaviness and tension at the navel due to burning, bring a watermelon and keep it. So consume watermelon early in the morning and eat little by little throughout the day. In a few days all your complaints will be removed. If hot-tempered youth complain of stomach irritation and urination, eat watermelon from early morning to evening. Consuming more watermelons helps to reduce stomach inflammation and irritation.  

Watermelon use for high blood pressure

Blood is generally thicker in heat. In natural treatment, one should eat food that keeps the blood in moderation. The old doctors used to fill a large glass with water melon juice, squeeze half of the fruit into it and add sugar to the water to cure high blood pressure.
